America needs Production EV1 Electric cars made here and powered by
American electrons. GM is keeping these cars from the public despite taking Taxpayer subsidies for them.
GM EV1 Electric
Car is a simple battery powered
vehicle that can charge up slowly, overnight, using power that is cheap and otherwise unused. GM EV1 has essentially
one moving part, the motor, and goes 80 mph. It uses power so efficiently that existing electric plants are more
than sufficient to charge them.
These EV1 cars travel up to 160
miles on the energy equivalent of less
than a gallon of gasoline -- with
no emissions, no smog check, no oil change, no tune up, no engine, gas tank, or camshaft, just a motor and batteries.
Patriots choose
to volunteer 80% of oil used
on the daily grind, 80 miles round trip from home.
Gas Engine is not suited for stop-and-go driving, Electric cars are
proven reliable, fun, smog-free for commuting.
GM EV1 short-circuits
Hybrids from Japan the Prius
gets all of its power ultimately from the gasoline pump. Prius can't plug into American electrons.
Fuel Cells won't
help in time, they need thousands
of new power plants to make the Hydrogen. These are decades in the future, if at all possible.
GM: LET PATRIOTS
DRIVE THE EV1
LET GM KNOW you want them to sell the
EV1 to willing buyers!
